Location
Six Mile Bottom is a small hamlet which consists of just 22 homes and is approximately 10 miles (16.09 kilometres) from Cambridge via the a14.
Village Information
The A1304 goes through the Hamlet, which leads to the A11 and Newmarket. The A14 is also close by making it an ideal location for buyers who commute to Cambridge or Newmarket.
The village has a recreation ground and social club and the local primary school is in Great Wilbraham, which is 2 miles (3.22 kilometres) away. The secondary school is located in Bottisham, which is approximately 4 miles (6.44 kilometres) away. Dullingham railway station provides trains to Newmarket, Ipswich and Cambridge. There is also a train to Whittlesford Parkway which provides a mainline to London Liverpool Street.

Newmarket is just 6 miles (9.66 kilometres) from the village where there is a Tesco supermarket, various high street stores, public houses, restaurants, takeaways and the famous Newmarket Racecourse.
