Joao joined the Cambridge team in April 2024 after coming from a customer service background within premium retail, where he spent eight years developing his skills up to management level.

Joao is looking forward to bringing this knowledge and passion for customers and their needs to the company where he hopes to build a career.

In his free time, he likes spending time outdoors hiking, climbing and (sometimes) running.

Joao is fluent in Italian, Portuguese, English and has a good understanding of the Spanish language.
